The District Commissions consist of citizens with experience in elections and referendums and represent various professions, including lawyers, economists, teachers, doctors, engineers, journalists, and more. The total number of commission members is 266. The commissions include 112 women, representing 42% of all members, including two women approved for the position of chairperson. Additionally, 5% of the Commission consists of people with disabilities, and 6% are young people. 58.3% of the commission members are citizens aged from 31 to 50.

To improve the referendum process and create a convenient voting experience for citizens, an interactive service for determining and changing the polling station or referendum precinct will be provided throughout the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services. In addition, a Call center has been created to provide citizens with quick and convenient legal explanations and advice on issues related to the referendum.

The Central Election Commission members discussed all matters in detail, and appropriate decisions were made to ensure a successful referendum process.
