During the April 30 referendum, irregularities were found in referendum precincts No. 226 in the 8th district of Syrdarya region, No. 651 in the 10th district of Tashkent region, and No. 772 in the 14th district of Tashkent city.

In particular, actions such as the filling out of multiple ballots by a commission member and the stuffing of ballots into a ballot box, as well as the misstatement of the number of votes cast, raise doubts about the voting results at these polling places.

Thus, in accordance with Article 38 of the Law "On the Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the referendum results for these precincts shall be invalidated by the Central Election Commission due to irregularities committed during the voting that affected the results.
