Khasan Abdurakhmonov was born in 1982 in the city of Tashkent. Graduated from Tashkent State Economic University and Tashkent State Law Institute. Economist, a specialist in the field of international economic relations, doctor of philosophy in legal sciences.
Before that, Khasan Abdurakhmonov worked as the head of the organizational and control department of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission.
