By the order of the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ikhtiyor Bakhtiyorovich Khadzhiev was appointed head of the department for legal support and consideration of appeals of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission.
Ikhtiyor Khadzhiev was born in 1990 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Graduated from Karakalpak State University and Tashkent State Law University. Lawyer, 3rd class lawyer.
Prior to that, he worked as the Head of the Department of the Office of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission.
