During the meeting, held in a friendly and open atmosphere, Sadyr Japarov expressed his deep gratitude to the international observers from CIS, CSTO, SCO, TURKPA, Organization of Turkic States, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, OSCE, including the heads of Central Election Commissions of Uzbekistan and Georgia. He noted that more than 700 international observers attended the elections.

In turn, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z.Nizamkhodjaev congratulated the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on successful conducting of the parliamentary elections and noted the high-level organizational work on holding the elections, including the high standard of the system for dealing with appeals, the effective application of information and communication technologies in the electoral process, and all necessary conditions had been created for observers. Furthermore, the observers also noted that they had witnessed all the opportunities created at the polling stations to ensure the rights of citizens to vote and the transparency of the electoral process.
