Voting shall be held on Elections Day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

1. When a voter arrives at the polling station building, he or she must present an identification document to a member of the election commission.

2. Signs on the list of voters.

3. After that, s/he shall be given a ballot paper.

4. The referendum ballot paper shall be filled in by the voter in the voting booth or secret voting room.

5. The voter shall mark a “➕” or “✔️” or “❌” on the ballot paper in the empty box to the right against the name of the candidate he/she is voting for.

6. A citizen shall put the completed ballot paper into the ballot box.

7. After placing the ballot paper in the ballot box, the voter goes to the exit.

When filling out the ballot, no persons other than the voter shall be present there.

A voter who is not able to fill in the ballot by him/herself shall have the right to invite another person at his/her own discretion to the booth or the room for secret voting, except for the persons who are members of the Elections Commission and observers.

In cases where individual voters are unable to come to the polling station for health or other reasons, the relevant Precinct Commission shall organize voting at the place of stay of these voters.
