Polling stations abroad shall be established in diplomatic missions and other representative offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries.
To be included in the list of voters, Uzbek citizens abroad must apply in writing at polling stations abroad or electronically via the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan saylov.mfa.uz 15 days before the elections.

The information on the individual indicated in the citizen's application shall be verified within three days and included in the list of voters.
The Precinct Election Commission abroad shall inform citizens about the place and time of the elections.
After being included in the list of voters, a citizen may vote early in densely populated areas or vote at polling stations abroad on Election Day.
Voting shall take place from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm local time in the region where the polling station abroad is located.
