Following the order of the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Halmukhammed Aitzhanovich Paluaniyazov was appointed Deputy Director of the Training Center for Electoral Legislation and Modern Technologies of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Halmukhammed Paluaniyazov was born in 1979 in the city of Tashkent. Graduated from Karakalpak State University. Lawyer, 2nd class lawyer, candidate of legal sciences.
Before that, he worked as a leading consultant for the training centre on electoral legislation and modern technologies of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission.
