On October 5, the head of the CIS election observation mission, Yevgeny Kozyak, visited the 2nd Andijan Regional Election Commission and the 6th Namangan Regional Election Commission. During the visit, E. Kozyak visited polling stations in Andijan, Namangan and Naryn regions and got acquainted with the conditions created for voters.
