At the same time, given that the current elections are being held during the coronavirus pandemic, based on the requirements of the quarantine rules, a special instruction has been developed to prevent the spread of the disease among members of election commissions, observers, and voters. At all polling stations, secret voting rooms, all participants in the electoral process have defined requirements for the mandatory use of medical protective equipment.
