At the event, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Z.Nizamhodjaev noted that this year the presidential elections are held at a high organizational level, in particular, to increase the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of members of election commissions on electoral legislation, the introduction of modern ICT in the electoral process, and popularization of electoral legislation, increasing the activity of young people in political events, to strengthen the role of women in elections, to ensure the suffrage of citizens with disabilities.

It should be noted that the Mission collects, processes and analyzes materials on the electoral process, conducts legal expertise of electoral legislation and monitors election materials covered in television programs and print media.

The mission includes 26 observers from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
