Head of the Turkic Council Delegation Omer Kochaman:

- We participated as observers in more than 30 polling stations. The Presidential Election was open and transparent, based on the law and recognized international standards. Thorough preparation for the process has been made. It all went better than we thought.

We also took part in the counting of ballots at Polling Station №361 in Tashkent. The turnout of 80% of voters is a great achievement for Uzbekistan. During our observations, we did not witness any violations. It all went fair.
